Returns Policy

Daughter of Swords adheres to a policy that excludes returns and refunds for discretionary change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon receipt and promptly notify us at daughterofswordsnz@gmail.com in case of any damages or if an incorrect item has been received.

It is important to note that products, including crystals, may exhibit natural chips and cracks, and, consequently, returns are not accepted based on these inherent characteristics.

In the event of a potential return, Daughter of Swords will request photographic evidence of the item/s in question before initiating the return process. Please submit these images to daughterofswordsnz@gmail.com. For a successful return, the item must match the condition depicted in the provided photos upon reaching Daughter of Swords. To ensure a secure return, please utilise appropriate packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges

While Daughter of Swords places emphasis on offering unique, one-of-a-kind crystal products, we cannot guarantee product exchanges due to their individual nature. If an exchange proves impractical, and you are eligible, a refund will be processed within 10 working days.
