Shipping policy

At Daughter of Swords, each order is carefully packed by hand within 3–5 working days. We take time to ensure every piece is securely wrapped and thoughtfully prepared for its journey to you.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been packed and is ready to leave us. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, please feel free to get in touch at daughterofswordsnz@gmail.com.

We use recycled and repurposed packaging wherever possible as part of our commitment to sustainability. Your order may arrive in unique packaging - thoughtfully chosen to protect both your treasures and the environment.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, tracking will allow you to follow its journey. For delivery updates or timing questions, the courier will have the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment.

We offer a standard New Zealand-wide shipping rate, with an additional option for rural delivery. If rural shipping is required and not selected at checkout, we will contact you prior to dispatch to arrange the difference in postage.
